From Animation Production to Design
Shake Hands Media Products provides employment support to people with disabilities and those who are withdrawn from society in Shiga and Kyoto, helping them return to society through work in animation, design, and video production. By stepping up from continued employment support to employment transition support, we have produced people who have found employment at creative agencies, public institutions, and general hospitals.

I have a developmental disorder and have been attending employment support services in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Since I started working as a peer supporter and support worker, I try to give advice based on the problems I have faced and the experiences I have had overcoming them. We strive to share information that only those involved can understand and provide support.
I would like to continue working hard as a member of the staff, contributing to society and realizing my own goals. He gives advice on how to deal with developmental disorders based on his own experiences.
We will do our utmost to support those who are struggling with social withdrawal or depression, helping them with basic work rehabilitation through animation production, design, video production, etc., in order to help them return to society.
