We currently have eight support staff who are active professional creators.
You can also acquire skills while rehabilitating your job.
We have active animators on staff.
We employ professional creators with experience in game design and anime production.
Come see and feel the actual site and give it a try.
Even if it is your first time at a work site, there will be welfare specialists there, so you will be able to gradually begin working in the field while receiving careful consideration.
Since this is Type B employment support, there are no compulsory tasks.
There is no pressure to come early in the morning, meet a quota, etc. You can start at your own pace.
There is no prejudice or bullying because there are many different kinds of people.
My fellow working students also have disabilities, and because we share the same pain, we can understand each other.
You can work while wearing earphones or even leave the room during a session.
When working as a creator, there is no need to wear headphones to concentrate or make the effort to build relationships.

I have a developmental disability and have been attending employment support services.
Since I started working as a peer supporter and support worker, I try to give advice based on the problems I have faced and the experiences I have had overcoming them.
I try to share things that only the person involved can understand and provide support. I am currently working in the Animation Production Division, producing anime, and I am able to work with the support of the company in time management and the helper station so that I don't become too focused. I am grateful that I was able to get this far because of the welfare system. I would like to continue working hard to achieve self-actualization while contributing to society as a member of the staff.
