With support
Try to do as much rehabilitation as you can.
1. Environmental Consideration
At our facility, we take measures such as playing listening music and using fragrances for aromatherapy to relieve stress.
2. Consideration of Freedom
If you are distracted by your surroundings, you can work in your own style by using headphones to listen to music, or by bringing your own mouse, keyboard, and PC.
3. Time Consideration
There are no mandatory days when you must come to work. As long as you can meet the requirement of three days a week, there will be no penalty for absences due to illness or other reasons.
4. Consideration of the Parties Involved
We have peer supporters, people with disabilities, on staff who are able to provide support with a deeper understanding of disabilities.
5. Consideration of Burden
If you find the work difficult, you can switch to a different role or creative work across departments.
Also, for those who find it difficult to concentrate on the same task, we can try other tasks at the same time.
We do not accept reservations if the capacity is exceeded.

Please note the following regulations.
① We cannot accept contracts with people who engage in violence, abusive language, or nuisance behavior.
②This facility is not available to able-bodied individuals.
3) As the number of seats is limited, we cannot accept students to come to work with their guardians at all times. (This is possible temporarily.)
④We can accommodate seating arrangements, but due to limited seating, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
⑤Please prepare your own lunch.
⑥It is always possible to leave early, but if transportation is provided, we will need to discuss this with you except in emergencies.
⑦ It is not possible to have staff accompany you to work on a continuous basis. (It is possible during the initial phase.)
