1. Environmental Consideration
At our facility, we take measures such as playing listening music and using fragrances for aromatherapy to relieve stress.
2. Consideration of Freedom
If you are distracted by your surroundings, you can work in your own style by using headphones to listen to music, or by bringing your own mouse, keyboard, and PC.
3. Time Consideration
There are no mandatory days when you must come to work. As long as you can meet the requirement of three days a week, there will be no penalty for absences due to illness or other reasons.
4. Consideration of the Parties Involved
We have peer supporters, people with disabilities, on staff who are able to provide support with a deeper understanding of disabilities.
